Invoice after completing a Job

Once the Job is completed it needs to be invoiced. So in this we will be showing how to convert a completed Job Sheet into an Invoice.


  • Step 1 - Click on Job card

  • Step 2 - Click on Job Sheet


  • Step 3 - Select Action

  • Step 4 - Select Convert to Invoice


  • Step 5 - Select Invoice

  • Step 6 - Select Pendings.


  • Step 7 - Select Action

  • Step 8 - Select Convert to Invoice.


  • Step 9 - Add the Products if used in excess

  • Step 10 - Select save.


  • Step 11 - Click on Job card

  • Step 12 - Click on Job Sheet


  • Step 13 - Status has been updated as Invoice.
