Setting up the Checklist for a Job


In Moiboo, you can pre-set the list of tasks which has to be done for every job by the mechanic.

Once job card has been created mechanic can print the checklist along with the Inventory required for the job which will be a guideline for the mechanic to work on the job.

How to create a Checklist?


  • Step 1 - Click Settings

  • Step 2 - Click Settings (Sub tab)


  • Step 3 - Select Job Card

  • Step 4- Select Check list

  • Step 5 - Click “ Add Check list”


  • Step 6 - Create a name for the checklist

  • Step 7 - Give the description for the checklist

  • Step 8 - Click on create.


  • Step 9 - Click on Orders

  • Step 10 - Click on Orders


  • Step 11 - Select Action on Job card

  • Step 12 - Print Checklist
